Plan personalized business gifts in ChatGPT
You already use ChatGPT to prepare for a call. With GTM Swag connected, the same conversation can turn what you know about a prospect into a gift idea, a personal note and a campaign draft your team can review.

What you can ask
Gift search works without an account. Connect your workspace and ChatGPT can also save drafts, show gift links that are ready and check delivery. A few things to try:
- “Find three gifts under $60 for a prospect who just launched a product. Explain why each fits and what I’d need to supply.”
- “Write a short note for Jamie Chen, the new VP of Sales at Northstar, using only what I’ve told you.”
- “Save a draft campaign for these five people with the notebook and my note.”
- “Which of my gifts have been delivered? Show me the gift links that are ready.”

Find three gifts under $60 for Priya at Fieldline. She led their product launch last week and I want to congratulate her.

Three options that fit a launch: the Mini Piñata ($42.99 estimate, delivery included), the Company Launch Star Map ($52, delivery included; needs Fieldline’s confirmed launch date and city) and the Company Mascot Desk Stand ($10 plus delivery; needs their mascot artwork).
Want me to draft a note and save a campaign for your team to review? Nothing is charged or sent until a person approves it.
How a conversation becomes a gift
- You give ChatGPT the context you have: who the person is, the moment and your budget.
- It searches the current catalog and shows a few gifts with prices and what each one needs from you.
- When you’ve chosen, it saves a one-time campaign draft for 1 to 500 people. Nothing is charged or sent.
- On gtmswag.com, a teammate checks the people, notes and final price, and an owner or admin pays.
- Back in ChatGPT, ask for the gift links and send them through your own email or sequence.
What ChatGPT can’t do
ChatGPT can’t pay, approve spending, add funds, send gifts, email recipients, issue refunds or record replies and meetings. It has no always-on playbooks or approval queue, and it never offers alcohol. To gift each person a trigger names, use Claude, a HubSpot workflow or a Clay table.
How to connect
You need a GTM Swag account and a ChatGPT account that can add custom MCP servers. You may need to turn on developer mode, and on a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace an admin may need to allow it. In ChatGPT, add a custom MCP server named GTM Swag with the address https://gtmswag.com/chatgpt/mcp, sign in to GTM Swag and choose your workspace. The ChatGPT guide walks through every screen.
What you’re allowing
- View gift plans and delivery progress.
- Create and update gift drafts.
- Retrieve private gift links and recipient CSVs, granted separately. Share each link only with its recipient.
