Send personalized gifts with Claude
Connected to GTM Swag, Claude can search gifts, write a note for each person from the context you give it, set up a playbook draft and add people as you work through a list. A person on your team still turns the playbook on and approves the spend.

What Claude can do with GTM Swag
- Search the catalog by moment and budget, and explain what each gift needs from you.
- Write a note for each person from facts you supply, and point out what’s missing.
- Create a one-time campaign or a playbook draft, and add people to a playbook that’s on.
- Read the approval queue and the workspace balance, and give you the link where an owner or admin approves or adds funds.
- Fetch gift links, up to 25 in chat or a CSV for more, and check delivery status.
GTM Swag’s instructions tell assistants to use only facts you supply, and never to invent people, addresses, prices or links.
What stays with people
Claude can’t turn a playbook on, approve or skip gifts, pay, add funds or change auto-approve. Those happen on gtmswag.com, signed in. When Claude reaches one of those steps, it gives you the link to finish it.
If an owner or admin has turned on auto-approve for a playbook, people Claude adds can be approved within that playbook’s per-gift limit and monthly budget, paid from the prepaid balance. Anything outside those limits waits.
You
Set up a GTM Swag playbook for new VPs of Sales at our target accounts. Keep each gift under $75 with delivery included, and a $600 monthly budget.
Claude with GTM Swag
Two gifts fit: the Executive Rookie Card ($41, delivery included; each one waits for photo approval) and the Engraved Walnut Wireless Charger ($62, delivery included; one engraved logo for everyone).
I’ve saved a draft playbook with the charger, your note and a $600 monthly budget. A teammate needs to turn it on from the review link, and an owner or admin can set auto-approve there.
Good first things to ask
- “Show me five gifts under $50 with delivery included, and say what each one needs from me.”
- “Here are ten people from my target list with one fact about each. Write a note for each person, and flag anyone I haven’t given you enough to go on.”
- “Who is waiting in the approval queue for the new-VP playbook, and why?”
- “Export the ready gift links for this campaign as a CSV for my sequence.”
GTM Swag’s guide asks assistants to check first whether delivery is on for your workspace, so Claude can tell you when gift links aren’t ready for real prospects.

Questions about GTM Swag in Claude
Do I need an API key to use GTM Swag in Claude?
No. The connector signs in with your GTM Swag account. Never paste a key or password into a chat.
Can Claude spend money?
Not on its own. Approving, paying and adding funds are reserved for a signed-in owner or admin. The only spending without a person is auto-approve on a playbook, within limits an owner or admin set.
How is Claude different from ChatGPT here?
Claude connects to the full gifting tool set, including playbooks, the approval queue and the balance. ChatGPT has a smaller set for one-time drafts, gift links and tracking.
How long does the connection last?
It renews while you use it and ends one year after you approved it. You can end it at any time from the disconnect page.
Can Claude research prospects for me?
Claude can use what you give it and any research tools your Claude setup includes. GTM Swag stores only the details you choose to save with a draft.
